Did you know Moodle spaces are re-used every academic year? This means you will need to either delete, reset or duplicate your activities and resources.

Moodle’s reset functionality allows you to empty a Moodle space of previous user data, while retaining the activities and other settings. The TEL team will go over which activities and resources you can reset, and guide you through the reset process through a live demonstration.

The session will go over the 7-steps to resetting your Moodle space. What you will learn:

1. How to hide your Moodle space.
2. How to check your Moodle space in the snapshot.
3. How to manage enrolment in your Moodle space.
4. What Moodle activities can be reset (and which ones should be).
5. How to reset activities.
6. How to duplicate activities.
7. How to bulk delete and duplicate resources.
