This session will define reflective practice in the context of your teaching practice and enable you to consider what evidence is required to support your reflections, to evaluate the effectiveness of your practice, for your fellowship application. In the session discussions will focus on the reflective cycle, supportive reflective frameworks and digital tools that can help scaffold reflective writing and evidence. V1, V2, V3, V5, K3, A5
1. Critically reflect on your teaching and support of learners to enhance your practice.
2. Identify evidence to demonstrate effectiveness of your practice.
3. Engage in peer support and reflection.
Consider the reflective cycle and bring some examples of evidence from your teaching practice where reflection could be applied.
You should be reminded of the preparatory work a week before delivery and sent joining instructions.
