Session Information

This session will focus on practical advice, underpinned by pedagogy, to enhance teaching practice, student experience and learning outcomes. Through unpicking the ways in which skilled teachers plan for learning, we aim to discuss and apply methods of delivery that work in a variety of teaching contexts.

Learning Outcomes

1. Understand how and why teaching techniques/approaches can be effective in different contexts.
2. Engage in discussions to critically evaluate the application of learning theory to disciplinary and teaching contexts.
