The university-wide initiative was spearheaded by Senate, Council, and The University Learning Teaching and Quality Committee (ULTQC). The Strategic Lead for the project is Professor Peter Lambert (Pro Vice-Chancellor, Learning and Teaching) with Professor Andrew Heath, Academic Director (Centre for Learning and Teaching) as Academic Lead. Dr Dawn Albertson, Curriculum Development Manager manages the project and the Curriculum Development Team within the Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT). Dawn and her team work in partnership with Associate Deans (Teaching and Learning) and Curriculum Development teams within Faculties / Schools with expert support from Academic Registry.
Individual departments decide on the best structure and composition for their course development teams.
