If you have engaged key stakeholders, taken on feedback from those responsible for endorsing the documentation, and engaged with the Curriculum Development Office, this is an unlikely outcome. If there are minor changes required to the phase documentation, your course may be approved subject to you making those changes. If there are fundamental concerns around your submission, you may have to resubmit your documentation. This may require discussion with the PVC L&T, Deans and other senior staff at the institution.
