We all lead busy lives and often don’t have enough time to look after our mental health and wellbeing. However, it is important to stop and take care of ourselves and there are many ways in which we can improve our wellbeing. In this digital era, where we have easy access to smartphones and the Internet, why not use mobile apps to keep our Wellbeing in check?

During our Apps for Wellbeing Workshop you will learn about various types of Apps which can help with different aspects of your life. You will be able to see some apps in action and try out some of them if you wish to. You will receive more information about the Workshop after you sign up.

Please join us for a 1.5-hour session to explore how Apps for Wellbeing can be a convenient way to help you relax, unwind, be healthier and introduce good habits. These sessions will be delivered through Microsoft Teams.

A maximum of 12 places are available on each workshop.
