Talk Teaching #2020 – Creating an anti-racist curriculum: how can we put principles into practice?

Wednesday 28 October –  15.30 – 16.15 (online, via Teams)

In this Question Time-style event, Dr Ana Cecilia Dinerstein (Social & Policy Sciences, DECkNO), Dr Aurelien Mondon (PoLIS) and Jo Hatt (CLT) will be joined by Tamara Reid, former Student Engagement Ambassador (Inclusivity) in the CLT and currently engaged in supporting student success at the University of Hertfordshire. Questions will be invited in advance and from our audience. This event promises to foster a lively debate on what we mean by an anti-racist curriculum and ‘decolonising the curriculum’, what we can learn from other institutions’ actions, and any practical ‘next steps’ we can take here at Bath.  This event forms part of a wider programme of Talk Teaching activities organised by the Centre for Learning & Teaching.

We look forward to receiving advance questions at: clt@bath.ac.uk.
