This session is held over two days, on 1 and 3 February at 10:00-11:30 and you need to be able to attend both sessions.

Influencing or negotiating along management lines, or with colleagues, collaborators and friends and family can be a source of real frustration or conflict when it falls flat or yields an unsatisfactory compromise. So, what to do?

This interactive workshop introduces fundamental ideas for effective influence, negotiation and relationships.
