Highly recommended for: all staff who teach particularly those who are new to HE and those mentors/senior observing staff
We will start by considering roles, responsibilities and good practice in HE teaching. Then we will look at the sources and value of Teaching observation and Peer Review and how these are conducted We will consider how to use this information to enhance our practice and provision. We will then focus on the value of Teaching observation and Peer Review and how these are conducted.
Joining instructions and any pre course work will be sent out one week before delivery of the session.
Please note: for those not on probation, a record of attendance will be uploaded to iTrent for staff development purposes. Please indicate in the ‘Specific Requirements’ box when booking if you do NOT wish for your attendance to be uploaded to iTrent.
