Event Details

Probationers: Optional – but only recommended if you have missed the 001 Introduction to PHEAF and UKPSF session and need to start your application before next semester.
Highly recommended for: anyone in a non-probationary / professional services teaching role deciding whether AFHEA/ FHEA fellowship is for them and/or starting the process of developing their fellowship application for all categories of fellowship.

These sessions are held every other month and will give you a briefing and introduction on the UKPSF and what you need to do to apply for AFHEA and/or FHEA through the University of Bath PHEAF scheme.

You will be able to find out whether Fellowship is for you and which category of fellowship is appropriate for you current role.

You will also be introduced and sign-posted to resources and support available to you during the application process. The sessions are also an opportunity to connect with other colleagues who are also applying for HEA fellowship and if you feel it helpful you can set up peer support with others at the session.

Joining instructions and any pre course work will be sent out one week before delivery of the session.

Please note: for those not on probation, a record of attendance will be uploaded to iTrent for staff development purposes. Please indicate in the ‘Specific Requirements’ box when booking if you do NOT wish for your attendance to be uploaded to iTrent.
