Are you looking for a way to streamline the creation of online learning activities and provide your students with interactive, independent learning experiences? Join us for a workshop on using some new Xerte instructional templates which aim to help you create consistent and effective online learning activities. Learn how to access and customise templates to fit your own instructional needs and get inspired to create something new for your students. Work with us to evaluate, and improve, the templates and develop future ones.

Xerte is an interactive content creation tool for making web-based learning objects, without the need for programming skills.

This is an in-person session, with access to PCs.  Online sessions can be arranged, please follow up with the TEL team at tel@bath.ac.uk.

Note: you will receive a booking confirmation email. If you don’t see it in your Inbox, please check your SPAM/Junk folder.

The workshop aims:

  • An overview of Xerte and instructional templates
  • A demo of how to access and edit a template
  • An opportunity to use a template, with support on hand
  • An opportunity to discuss the pros and cons of the Xerte template approach
