What is innovation in higher education?
Does innovation always disrupt teaching and learning methodologies?
How should we cultivate new ideas which encourage creativity and collaboration?
How does innovation improve both student engagement and student learning outcomes?
How does technology support innovation?
How should we recognise and reward educational innovation?

We will use case-studies as examples of innovative teaching and learning approaches at Bath to consider these questions.

AUA: Embracing change, Developing self and others, Finding solutions, Working together.

Joining instructions and any pre course work will be sent out one week before delivery of the session.

Please note: for those not on probation, a record of attendance will be uploaded to iTrent for staff development purposes. Please indicate in the ‘Specific Requirements’ box when booking if you do NOT wish for your attendance to be uploaded to iTrent.
