Love them or hate them, journal impact factors are a common currency in scholarly publishing. This self-study course is designed for academic staff, research staff and doctoral researchers.
After attending this workshop, you will be able to:
- understand, access and assess journal impact factors and other journal indicators;
- discuss their uses and limitations;
- explore other factors to take into account when choosing where to publish.
