Highly recommended for: FHEA applicants if not already done during induction. All colleagues engaged in blended teaching and learning.
Of interest to: all those involved in teaching at the University of Bath.

The aim of this session is:

  • to enable teaching staff to discuss their experiences of blended and online teaching and learning to date and provide a simple overview of effective blended teaching theory and practice;
  • to identify approaches for embedding blended teaching into your curriculum;
  • to share research-informed guidance on quality blended teaching;
  • to share practical tips on tools, techniques and approaches that staff can use in their own teaching contexts.

Joining instructions and any pre course work will be sent out one week before delivery of the session.

Please note: for those not on probation, a record of attendance will be uploaded to iTrent for staff development purposes. Please indicate in the ‘Specific Requirements’ box when booking if you do NOT wish for your attendance to be uploaded to iTrent.
