This session will help you work out what’s important to you in your career. We’ll use a variety of interactive activities to help you identify your skills, strengths and values, and also reflect on your career journey up until now to spot common themes and patterns. We’ll look at the pros and cons of moving outside of academia, and any internal or external barriers to changing career direction.
