Senior Fellow Workshop
Are you teaching and supporting learning and have enough experience to make a claim for Senior Fellow of the HEA (see Diagnostic tool, pen portraits and FAQs in the ‘Getting Started’ area of Moodle)?
Can you provide evidence on the impact you have had on others’ practice? For example, have you been effectively mentoring staff for some time in their teaching and learning practice? Have you taken a lead on a learning and teaching initiative?
Have you undertaken the diagnostic tool and the category for Senior Fellow has been suggested as most appropriate? Have you discussed the output with your Bath Scheme Champion?
If you can answer yes to all of these questions, then register on the Bath Scheme via your Champion and sign up for the workshop for staff seeking to apply for Senior Fellow of the HEA.
The workshop will provide an introduction to what Senior Fellow comprises, how it differs from Fellow and what you need to do in your application. There will be a chance to explore some ideas of evidence to use in your application.
