While each event carried its own incentive, a stamp card system was also used. This stamp card was inspired by the coffee stamp cards available in places like Costa, where you collect stamps every time you go and once you reach a certain amount, you get a free drink. The ENGAGED stamp card system gave 1 stamp per event and 2 stamps for the talks. Once students reached 3 stamps they got a free soft drink, four stamps was a Starbucks drinks voucher, and five stamps students were entered into a raffle to win a pair of Summer Ball tickets and an amazon voucher. This proved to be quite a popular idea, and for some students definitely incentivised them to attend every event that they could.
