The Checks and Approvals Coversheet is provided to assist in the accumulation of relevant strategic input and endorsements in the order presented.

 

UPDATED Phase 1 Coversheet

An updated coversheet was provided in March 2019. This includes space for feedback/comments from signatories. Space is also provided for Course Development Teams to respond to comments where appropriate.

The updated coversheet is available to the right, and is also included within the Phase 1 documentation package.
