Assessment for Learning (AfL)

This page provides information and guidance related to assessment practice.

AfL recognises that we assess in order to understand and validate student progression but also in order to motivate and develop individuals and their knowledge, skills, and dispositions.

We will plan assessment strategically so that it supports the achievement of overall course goals and makes the most of the resources we have across the institution.
